THOMPSON, Conn. -- Last weekend at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park, The Day Kimball HealthCare group and Central Mass Auto Auction were on property to celebrate the inaugural Speedway Charity Day.

Throughout a full day of opportunities for visitors, both cars and motorcycles were displayed, as owners showed off some of their prized possessions. Multiple cars took parade laps around Thompson’s lengthy Road Course, while visitors were treated to vendors with interactive games and prizes.

Central Mass Auto Auction and the Day Kimball Healthcare group completed their poker run/Car Cruise and returned to TSMP property, food, drinks, music and laughter helped welcome them. Live auctions occurred throughout the evening, highlighted by a Shelby Mustang and a 1938 Ford. Over 100 cars participated in the event and together the groups raised $17,000+ and overall the event was a great success.

Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park wishes to thank the two groups who participated, Day Kimball Healthcare and CMMA, for choosing to have their events with us. Without the support of them, and the multiple volunteers who aided in running the show, it wouldn’t have been possible.
